The Highlands School was founded 25 years ago to fulfill a need in Harford County for a school that educates children with learning differences, with a focus on each child’s individual needs. Today, despite the difficulties of the pandemic, we are proud to report that our doors have been safely opened for full in-person teaching and learning during the 2020-2021 school year. Our students have met many challenges this year, and we are proud that The Highlands School could provide them with an environment that allowed them to thrive.
On the occasion of our 25th year, we can offer you two ways to give:
-a $25 gift to celebrate 25 years
-a once-in-a-lifetime naming opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our students and their families. In honor of your incredibly generous gift, we will name a space on our campus to commemorate this important milestone. Your substantial support allows us to continue to provide an education for our students, who often struggle in traditional school settings. Our Highlands School families most often refer to our school as life changing, not only for their child but for their entire family.
Thank you for your support and consideration. If you have any thoughts or questions, please reach out to us. We would love a chance to speak in more detail about the great things we are doing for our kids. And we welcome you to visit our campus, so that you can see firsthand how our students are succeeding!
With kind regards,
